2. Transcription and Narrative Generation

The Platform utilizes AI technologies to transcribe audio recordings and generate narrative summaries of patient encounters. Providers can review and edit these transcriptions and summaries before securely storing the finalized documentation.

3. HIPAA Compliance

StenoHealth is designed to comply with HIPAA regulations. All patient data, transcriptions, and generated narratives are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with healthcare data security standards.

4. Recordings Retention

Recordings are temporarily retained to ensure clinical documentation quality, support compliance audits, and improve system reliability. They are stored securely under HIPAA safeguards and deleted after their defined retention period.

4. User Obligations

Users of the Platform agree to:

1. Use the Platform only for its intended purpose.
2. Ensure that all patient data uploaded or processed complies with HIPAA.
3. Maintain the confidentiality of login information.
